Acceptance of Terms By accessing or using UtiliLeads ("the Service"), operated by UtiliLeads ("we", "our", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. ## 2. Description of Service UtiliLeads is a B2B lead generation platform that helps digital marketing agencies and sales teams discover local business prospects using publicly available data. Features include: - Business search via Google Maps, Yelp, and OpenStreetMap - AI-powered lead enrichment (contact details, social profiles, decision-makers) - AI campaign script generation (email, LinkedIn, call scripts, SMS) - Lead management, pipeline tracking, and CSV export ## 3. Eligibility You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering a legally binding agreement to use the Service. By registering, you confirm you meet these requirements. ## 4. Account Registration You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately at support@utilileads.com of any unauthorised use. ## 5. Acceptable Use You agree to use the Service **for outreach to potential clients only**. Specifically: - Data you find and export may be used for cold outreach (emails, calls, campaigns) to potential business clients - You **must not** resell, redistribute, or sublicense lead data to third parties - You **must not** use the Service to build competing lead databases or data products - You **must not** use the Service to spam, harass, or engage in any unlawful communication - You **must comply** with all applicable anti-spam laws (CAN-SPAM, CASL, GDPR) when conducting outreach ## 6. Credits and Subscriptions - Credits are consumed when performing searches, AI enrichment, and campaign generation. Credit costs are displayed before each action. - Credits expire as shown on your plan. Unused credits do not carry over between billing cycles unless stated. - Subscription plans auto-renew. You may cancel at any time from your account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. ## 7. Refunds Refund requests are handled in accordance with our Refund Policy. Credits are generally non-refundable once consumed. Subscription refunds may be issued at our discretion within 7 days of a charge if you have not used the Service. ## 8. Data and AI Accuracy Lead data is sourced from publicly available information. AI-enriched contact details (emails, social profiles, decision-maker information) are based on public web data and **may be incomplete, outdated, or inaccurate**. You are responsible for verifying all contact information before use. UtiliLeads makes no warranty as to the accuracy or completeness of enriched data. ## 9. Intellectual Property All software, design, branding, and content of UtiliLeads are owned by or licensed to us. You may not copy, reproduce, or create derivative works without our prior written permission. ## 10. Disclaimer of Warranties THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT RESULTS OBTAINED THROUGH THE SERVICE WILL BE ACCURATE OR RELIABLE. ## 11. Limitation of Liability TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, UTILILEADS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. ## 12. Governing Law These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which UtiliLeads operates, without regard to conflict of law principles. ## 13. Changes to Terms We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by email or via an in-app notice.
