What counts as a "lead"?
One unique business record returned by your search. If the same coffee shop appears in two queries, you're only charged once. Records you've already pulled are free to refresh for 30 days.
Do unused leads roll over?
Yes — Studio and Workshop plans roll over for 90 days. Agency rolls over for 180 days. Pay-per-lead credits last 12 months.
Can I cancel any time?
One click in your dashboard. We don't make you email a "retention specialist" or wait for a callback. Your unused credits stay valid until they expire.
Is there a free trial on paid plans?
Yes — 14 days, no credit card. You get the full feature set of whichever plan you trial. If you don't upgrade, you drop down to the free Starter plan automatically.
Do you offer discounts for non-profits or students?
50% off any plan for verified non-profits and registered students. Email us with proof and we'll set it up within a day.
Can I bring my own data sources?
On the Agency plan, yes. We can ingest your existing CSVs, integrate with private APIs, or set up custom scrapers for sources we don't already support.
